Refund policy
At GlowVynest, every neon sign is 100% Make-to-Order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
1. Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)
Each sign is custom-designed, cut on 5mm premium acrylic, and hand-assembled based on your specific requirements. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process has begun.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
We offer a Free Replacement only in the following cases:

The product arrived in a damaged/broken condition.

The product has a functional/manufacturing defect.

You received the wrong design or size.
Note: Replacing a damaged item involves a mandatory investigation with our transport partners and arranging a reverse pickup. This process may take 7-10 business days to complete before a new replacement is dispatched.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)
To claim a replacement for a Broken, Damaged, or Wrong Product, a clear, unedited Unboxing Video is MANDATORY.

The Process: The video must start before opening the parcel. It must clearly show the outer packaging, the shipping label (AWB), and the entire unboxing process until the damage or wrong product is revealed.

Deadline: You must report the issue and share the video via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.

Important: Claims without a valid, continuous unboxing video will NOT be entertained, as we need this evidence to take action against the transport company.
4. No Monetary Refunds
Please note that we do not provide monetary refunds. For all valid claims, we will provide a brand-new replacement of the same design at no extra cost to you.
