This website is operated by GlowVynest. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GlowVynest. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - CUSTOM MANUFACTURING & SPECIFICATIONS

At GLOWVYNEST, we pride ourselves on industrial-grade precision.

  • Our neon signs are manufactured using 5mm high-grade premium acrylic.

  • We utilize advanced CNC machinery to create 6mm wide and 2mm deep grooves for a flush-fit, professional finish.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that handcrafted items may have slight variations, which are a mark of authentic craftsmanship.

SECTION 2 - MAKE-TO-ORDER POLICY

All products listed or customized on this website are 100% Make-to-Order. Production begins immediately or within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once the production process (Acrylic cutting/grooving) has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

SECTION 3 - PREPAID ONLY & PAYMENTS

To maintain the highest quality standards and secure custom materials, GlowVynest operates on a Prepaid-Only model.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Payments are processed securely via our verified payment partners (Razorpay/Stripe).

  • Your order is only confirmed once the full payment is received.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping across India.

  • Timeline: Since each piece is expertly crafted, please allow 3-5 business days for production and an additional 5-7 business days for transit, depending on your location.

  • Oversized Items: For signs up to 3.5ft x 3ft, we use specialized heavy-goods logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses or contact numbers provided by the customer.

SECTION 6 - DAMAGE CLAIMS & UNBOXING MANDATE

As specified in our Refund Policy, any claim for damage during transit requires a Mandatory, continuous Unboxing Video.

  • The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

  • GLOWVYNEST reserves the right to reject claims that do not provide clear video evidence, as this is required for our internal audit and transport insurance claims.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
